Come Home To Your Body

Yoga. Meditation. Dance. Sound. Reiki.

A feminine-centered sanctuary in Kitchener-Waterloo.

This is not just a studio.

It’s a space to soften, strengthen, release, and reconnect.

Whether you crave grounded strength, deep rest, intuitive movement, or energetic healing, you belong here.

RENEWED. RESTORED. RECONNECTED. REFRESHED.

You’re Not Broken. You’re Overstimulated.

You are not “bad at yoga.” You are not “too stiff.” You are not “too much.” You are overstimulated. Overgiving. Overperforming. Overthinking. And your body is asking for something different. Maybe your shoulders ache from desk work. Maybe your nervous system never fully turns off. Maybe you want spirituality without pressure. Maybe you crave sisterhood without competition.

Love Yourself. Studio was created for the people who wants to feel safe in her body again.

Movement designed for real bodies and real nervous systems.

Yoga

At Love Yourself. Studio, our yoga experiences range from therapeutic mobility to dynamic breath-led flow, and from gentle beginner practices to deeply restorative nervous system repair.

Whether you need to release joint stiffness, reset after long hours at a desk, build functional strength, or fully downshift into parasympathetic restoration, our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Every practice is breath-centered, accessible, and intentionally paced, supporting not just flexibility and strength, but regulation, clarity, and reconnection to your body.

This is yoga that strengthens without burnout and restores without overwhelm.

Subtle work for the parts of you that words don’t always reach.

Reiki healing

Reiki sessions at Love Yourself. Studio are designed to support energetic balance, emotional release, and nervous system recalibration. This gentle, hands-on healing practice works beneath the surface helping clear stagnation, restore flow, and bring the body back into harmony.

Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded after a session not because something was “fixed,” but because something shifted.

Reiki is not dramatic. It is steady, quiet, and deeply regulating.

If yoga moves the body, Reiki restores the subtle layers that hold what the body carries.

Movement as medicine. Sensation over performance.

Ecstatic Tantric Movement

Ecstatic Tantric Movement is an invitation to return to your body without choreography, mirrors, or comparison. Guided by breath, rhythm, and archetypal energy, these sessions create a safe container for intuitive expression and embodied release.

This is not about “getting it right.” It’s about feeling what’s real.

Through slow, sensual, and intentional movement, people reconnect to their life force, soften stored tension, and awaken parts of themselves that may have been quiet for too long.

This is freedom without performance. Power without pressure. Embodiment without apology.

Intentional pauses for the nervous system, the mind, and the subtle body.

Meditation & Sound

Our meditation and sound experiences are designed to help you slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect inward. Through guided breathwork, visualization, stillness, and healing frequencies, these sessions support emotional release, mental clarity, and deep nervous system regulation.

Whether you have thirty minutes in the middle of your day or you’re craving a more immersive, sacred experience, these gatherings create space for presence, reflection, and energetic reset.

This is not about escaping your life. It’s about returning to yourself within it.

"I didn’t realize how much I was holding in my body until this experience. The ecstatic dance session gave me permission to move without judgment, without performing, and without needing to ‘do it right.’ I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to myself. It felt like medicine.
